Yes this all happened due because of...lack of grazing and management! Again...if it were grazed or managed better...it would not have been near as bad as it was. Plus there are going to be natural disasters but, if it were managed with grazing...wow what a concept!
At least the trees were used like you (Walden) said....it did bring jobs and money to Harney county ...and much need jobs! if we had logging again...maybe our unemployment rate would drop.
