Hey, I'm a Carolina fan (and we suck in football, for sure), but I love it when a marching band takes on a true jazz tune like this and maximizes the horns instead of trying to adapt some rock song that really doesn't work.

Alright now wolfpacker, watch it there! I put this up even though it's State and I'm a Carolina grad. But I'll accept that ugly remark, because I know it's hard generally having your ass kicked by Carolina in all other aspects of athletics and academics ! Have a good one.

Thanks Johnny. That means you are conceding athletics. As to academics, the question I have is this: why is it that kids at my son's high school who can't get into Carolina are able to get into State?

Well athletics on SOME levels. I will put it this way.....NC State and UNC incoming freshman at both schools had a difference of .01 GPA in 2008. But then again, I would assume a middle aged person such as yourself is far removed from the academic world today. It has changed since your day. NC State is on the same level as UNC in academics these days. The schools are very different in the education they offer. NC State was just ranked #2 for the value of education nationwide in 2008....

Do middle aged carolina grads spend much of their life on youtube? Just curious......any other conceited arrogant and cocky remarks in which UNC fans are famous for that you would like to make? i was at concord mills and saw a girl wearing a unc band shirt that said "pride of the acc" on the back

i disagree, they use sheet music holders

and states band plays better music and sounds better overall

Love this song, big fan, great ending, but I expected more out of the solos. There's alot of folks that missed those G's. Must be a bad game that week.
