I was pretty sure you were all English, so I chanced that comment. One of my favorite bands when I was in college was the English Beat. I think they were simply the Beat until they started releasing stuff in the US. There was already a group called The Beat in the states, though nobody remembers them now. Could be the same with the English UCB.
