Why on earth would Gorilla Monsoon turn his back on Vader *after* chopping him? That makes no sense, especially for someone with Gorilla's experience.

That gave me chills seeing Gorilla get in good like that. He never put his hands on anyone, which made it even better. Unfortunately, I think this was an angle to give him time off for sickness.

Actually it was Vader who needed time off (shoulder surgery). Monsoon was obviously not in the best of health for much of the '90s but he was at least well enough to participate in this.

Those were some SIC chops by Gorilla! RIP Monsoon,I wish Bobby Heenan was still in WWF during this time,he would have made a great addition to this angle,being so close to Monsoon and all.
