Since nobody has confirmed this exercise, it is a weighted hyper extension. It's not a glute ham raise, but the extra extension might slightly work the hamstrings. With that said, it LOOKS dangerous to the spine when you're body goes beyond straight. (if that makes any sense) I would just recommend doing the two exercises separately.
@chrisboudreaux I personally dont think she is taking her spine beyond straight though, because she is pulling her hips back as well. looks like she is slightly hitting her hamstrings at then end, fairly minimally though because she already has momentum but just that her spine doesnt seem to be overextending at any point. thats just my opinion though

Wow your pretty strong for this exercise. you got numbers in the title of your video. lets find out what the biggest number is. 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10. Look at the 10, its got the 0ne and zero, so the biggest number is 9999999 infinity. In weightlifting, man or woman can lift 9Ibs and 99lbs with one arm, but I dont think he or she can lift 999Ibs, I think thats the limit of how far humans can lift. I lifted about 99Ibs each body part-bicept,tricept,etc. and then I combined it with
cardiovasculer exercise like walking, running,etc. these exercises will give a tone. I dont know what degree hyperextension mean. Weighted 99 Degree Hyperextension/Glute-Ham Raise w/99Ibs. I wonder if Weighted 99 Degree Hyperextension is the limit for humans.
