@topografer I've been to Greece in one occasion, trust me, the country is beautiful with so many gorgeous islands, and the people are very nice...but many of the cities and towns lack cleanliness, the lack of cleanliness and services will lead to a possibly snub from tourists...Greece depends on tourism more than any country in that area, and without tourism Greece will suffer even more...hopefully Greece pays their debt and move on...good luck!

@topografer I've been to Greece in one occasion, trust me, the country is beautiful with so many gorgeous islands, and the people are very nice...but many of the cities and towns lack cleanliness, the lack of cleanliness and services will lead to a possibly snub from tourists...Greece depends on tourism more than any country in that area, and without tourism Greece will suffer even more...hopefully Greece pays their debt and move on...good luck!

The average salary is 1500 euros if you work for the system (transport, airports, military, state councils, state owned companies, tourist organisations, ... = 700 thousand!).
