@YourafucksiclE all they need to do is just make farms with humans as the cattle..... have us reproduce either through test tube babies or by intercoarse , make thousands / millions of us in these farms, once we hit a certain age they use us as food... i know its a silly answer but only one i could come up with for ur question:P
