  • seadrill is norwegian company....i think

  • @sindre101 Thanks. It does have operations in Norway and about a dozen other countries. It seems to be a global operation now.

  • one of the largest shareholders is nowegian. I think his name is John Fredriksen. He owns 33%. He has a lot of stocks in other comanies too.

  • i dont understand any of this.. wish i did, but its nice to see your motives are very genuine and you only want to educate and help better people. much respect sir

  • @SheddHeadz Thank you very much.

  • MY FAVORITE WAY TO MAKE MONEY IS TO KNOCK OFF LIQUOR STORES. PAYS A NICE DIVIDEND AND THE DRINKS ARE FREE.

  • @1IIIIIIIIII1 I had not thought of that. Thanks.

  • @mankymole It is definitely OK to try some more risky things while you are young. Some penny stocks do well but I do avoid them and I recommend some things which appear to be more safe. I make many mistakes. The SDRL is doing surprisingly well but maybe it will be down by the end of the year. You will do well. Thanks.

  • Mhmmm.. That sounds interesting,Tom, although I must say I don't get it haha lol. But of course, there are a lot of people here who do and I gotta say, it's great to have a friend who knows anything from piano rockers to stocks.

  • @IWannaGetFamous Thanks, Alex. You will be so rich you will be buying the stock market building to use for jam sessions. You will do very well. When you get your first million I want you to buy me a pizza.

  • Good video !

  • @LethalDesi101 Thank you.

  • Sir, I really want to thank you for sharing your experiences with us. It is really pleasant and inspiring to know that there are older people, who use youtube to teach younger generations. Keep up the good work :)

  • @kumpis2 Thank you so much.

  • Thanks so much for doing these videos and making it very easy to understand investment/stock market techniques. Look forward to more vids from you on investment techniques and the market...keep up the good work...thanks for all you do....

  • @ontap55 You are very welcome. Thanks. I will put up some investment videos occasionally.

  • What got you into buying and selling shares? And how much would a person need to buy before the company starts inviting you to their Christmas celebrations? lol Seriously though, I've never completely understood stocks and shares. They don't teach any type of economics in school here in England so we're all a little intimidated by it's subcultural feel it has.

  • @EllyMcCormack Thanks. Actually if you have one share you would be invited to the annual meetings. Not everyone is guaranteed to get in but you can vote online. Most people are invested in the market through retirement funds at their place of employment or through government investments with tax dollars. It is an interesting area if someone enjoys math.
