If my text are too long and get cut off is there anything I can do to extend it?

Great video.. But after you choose and write the text you want, and press done, How do you add it back to the rest of the video?...

I got that part done, but now I'm stuck.. Any tips?

Is there a way to add more than one text to the same clip?? I am trying to have one text during the first few seconds of the clip, then I would like to add a few more after. It;s not allowing more than 1 clip at a time so I am hoping I am missing something.
