Monkey's a really nice guy. Saw them at British Invasion in California(when british invasion was still going on) and after I drunkenly stumbled backstage somehow without getting stopped by security he was dancing for tons of us and hugging people. Really cool dude.

@mrelisamuel Nah, not really. Punk is all about equality. I listen to metal, a very small amount of "core", and I don't fly a mohawk. A real punk won't hate you if you listen to other music, but a poser will. So the only real "posers" of punk are the ones who put down other genres of music.

Green Day was great, they were in the scene in the late 80s with other hardcore and punk bands, they sold out though.

I liked their first album, and Kerplunkw as good, everything after Dookie and Dookie sucked.
