    I love your videos! on this one, though, the half-earthquake and similar moves really hurt my lower back, to the point I can't keep posture. what should I do? Any advice from the readers?

    Been doing other videos so far, but I'm sad about being unable to enjoy this long workout!

  • On that last exercise, you said that we should be feeling it in our hamstrings, butt and upper back but I could only feel it in my lower back, is there something I am doing wrong?

    but i still seem to be having trouble with the double leg lifts (?) and i was wondering which part of my body and what kind of workout i should do to improve. i honestly can't do it. somehow my legs keep getting bent and they refuse to go up.

  • cassey, i have a question. during the first part of this video.. where we warm up our abs and we had to slightly tilt backwards.. instead of feeling hip flexors or my abs trembling.. my tailbone was in a lot of pain.. am i doing it wrong??

  • Thank you so much for the amazing videos!! Could you do a full-body workout that's twenty long? Like three or four moves specifically for the abs, then three or four for the butt, then for the inner thighs, etc. I know you said this one works every muscle group, but they aren't in order I don't think.. I like to do one part of my body and then another, you know? I want something that works out everything but isn't so hard I couldn't do it daily!! Daily is best. Thanks :)

But im kinda confused! u've got so many videos, some for the lower body and some for the upper! earlier i used to do all your legs and butt vids(totally 1hr) 3 days/week alternating with all yor arms, abs and back vids (1 hr again)along with cardio & yoga. but now u've got so many total body vids that dont focus on just a single muscle group but the total body. So how should i fit this into my schedule?

  • @blogilates, what weekly workout routine do you recommend for the best results? I typically do 30 min of cardio per day after I do one or 2 of your videos (I alternate days with legs and arms, but always do some sort of abs!!). With this new 2-part video, should I do both parts on the same day and alternate with some of your other vids, do only one of parts on alternating days, or do both parts every day? I'm looking to get beach-ready asap!! :) Love your videos Cassey, you're so amazing-33 con

  • @coolcardboard sprint intervals! try burpees, surfers, frog jumps, or running up hill for high intensity cardio!
