It turns out the names of the women on the note are the real names of the actresses playing the parts of the refusers.

@Avillageidiot59 Lots of actors/actresses played their real names for their parts back then.

Fatty Arbuckle and Keaton are called Buster and Fatty in some of their films for example.

Interesting fact though about all the women though :)
