I would spend the rest of my life arena abusing if there was a map where little to no work needed to be done in order to reach an arena. That way I wouldn't necessarily lose any progress should any of my characters decide to pull a Gilliam and die.

I made her a paladin in my game, because one, she looks cool as a paladin, two, i like paladins more than generals, and three, it was nice to have her side by side with franz as an immovable wall

any1 no about the super-trainee classes? beat the game twice (1ce on eirika's path and 1ce on ehpiram's), and when u class up a trainee, it givs u a 3rd option: trainee (2), and then use the respective class up item (ross=hero crest, amelia= knight crest, ewan= guiding ring), and they get the choice of a regular class or a super trainee- i don't recommend super trainee for ross, its just a suckified berserker (lower caps, same crit. +)

@icefall1793 Yeah, but she's not a bad choice for super trainee. I'm not saying that's her best class, I just think it's not a bad option.

The worse class for Amelia IMO is Great Knight, out of her 4 possible classes: General, Great Knight, Paladin, and Super Recruit.

@icefall1793 i think he's best as a sage, cuz you can use the enemy control glitch to get him stone, then he ups his dark magic level to D so can use flux. then he's like an archsage

@barkboy11 The Super Journeyman has the same caps as a Berserker, except JM's str cap is 26 instead of 30, and the Journeyman's Res cap is 23 instead of 21. Also JM's cannot travel on water or mountain.

I just want to insert here that I prefer her to be a General. She makes a good team with Neimi (Sniper) with her hiding behind Amelia. That, and when I choose her to be a general, she's usually better then the times I've made her other classes. Same with Neimi. People keep telling me they like her as a mounted unit, because they liked the Nomad Troopers in 7. I started out with this game, and even if I hadn't I wouldn't like Nomad troopers more then a Sniper. IDK why, Snipers feel better.

@Ankarua In my first 2 playthroughs I made Amelia a general. Neimi was a Sniper in all playthroughs, and on my 3rd and beyond playthroughs I made her a super trainee.

General Amelia rocks. I'm just saying that so does Super Recruit Amelia.

Dodgin with many times 64% isn't not a problem at least in 64%...

Critting with 30% isn't problem... it happens almost everytime...

(FF8 is after all too fucking easy... even Hard mode doesn't give so much challenge into te game)

I didn't needed any luck with her when i classed her to General. Still, great luck you had there. In my case, she would have died by a critical, even if it's 0. xD

Oh no, there's multiple Arena places. One where you get Joshua, one where you're in Carcino, ect.

@4lbatross the problem with ToV abuse is it makes you tight on money buying irons or ranged weapons depending on how you go about but the arena your weapon cant break and you get a crapload of money. I still choose the tower...

@austin7761 You don't really know it well, then. If you enter the tower, leave, soft reset the game, enter, leave, enter, leave, then enter, you'll find a skeleton with a rune sword. Boom, infinite money. Also, you're replying to a 2-year-old comment.

Anyway, I like using both. But I like to Arena more because sometimes the battles are more interesting.
