The New Hampshire House passed bill HB 648 today(3/25/09), 234-138, that would allow seriously ill patients to use medical marijuana if their doctor recommends it a first for either chamber of the state's legislature. Now lets get this compassionate bill passed in the Senate and signed by the governor into law !
