good work, I'd just ask the patient if she has any pain before palpating and while i'm palpating the spine of the scapula I'd ask if she feels any pain (trickle points). Also I'd palpate the anterior structures concurrently while standing behind the patient as a way of comparing them
not really the point of this video. it's for a clinical shoulder examination. it sounds like what you want is an anatomy video. look up acland's video atlas of human anatomy
