That´s my first comment ever at youtube, so: I just wanted to find out what dj tomcraft had remixed with his new track "car thief" (amazing new track) and i found out that there is an original from 1995 called "car thief" from slam. When I was looking on youtube around for the original, the melody of this track came back in my mind - I havn´t found the vinyl of this dot allison remix for years, now I must say this track is still sick - you can´t find it on beatport :)

i first heard this track in 2002 when sven vath dropped it in his essential mix on radio 1 live from cocoon ibiza. sent shivers up my spine. still does to this day.

Satoshi Tomiie,, My Bad!!!!! I was very influenced by everything from Art of Noise to Depth Charge to Norman Cook etc. Kraftwerk to Blues to New Wave. It all spins up in my head. The list is endless. So many of the kids will dog this, just like I did back in the 80's. Led Zepplin vs. Devo. I really dig Dot Allison and this song. There is so much stuff out there because of this venue and technology. Certain songs just have the right angle. Cheers to you too, DC
