So basically learning martial arts will be considered as an act to rebel. Luckily the rebels were smart enough to hide martial art inside dance.. So its basically a martial art that design to look like dancing in order to fool the government..

If they do, teachers actually tell them themselves that they move too far or too wide/broad, for said reasons.

Just get a good capoeira song on. Paranaue, Zum Zum Zum, one with a upbeat temp and then just play around with the ginga, and soon, you will get it.
