Okay, so, at :09 is when it starts in front of the fence, and then again at :24, and then at :37 it is behind the white fence a ways back riding from the right to the left starting approx in the middle.

I'm no weather expert or anything, but could the other clouds be at a different altitude and hence subject to different wind patterns??
