90 degrees is meshered at the center point of the screen at 45. the max view angel of a flat screen is 180. Samsung 24" 2494 Max horizontal view angle 170; Max vertical view angle 160
CS shouldnt lag(define) on a PSP its soo old and requires bugger all hardware to run.
No problems on monitor. Only down side is after a long time the touch buttons on the front are nice and stylish, but require you to look down where your fingers are as there is no actual button your pressing.
