NvCpl, nwiz and NvMcTray are NOT Norton files, they are NVIDIA (graphics card) files. Look. Everything extraneous that needs to run can all be started up manually. What I've done is go to the msconfig and click the General tab. Check "Selective Startup" then click the "Start up" tab, uncheck EVERYTHING and restart. Windows will start everything that's essential including your graphics and audio etc... Once you restart, go into config again and you'll see everything that's actually nessa.

@arthasmenithel Actually no, XP wont even run on some new hardware (refused to work on mine) anymore and Vista glitches were dominant on release (LIKE XP) but hardly ever anymore. Also consider that games are now being made for vista and 7 compatibility and not Xp. The only games that work badly for me are pre 1998 games.

Xp is the best if you are still running on old hardware with old software, or maybe it's just the best in your opinion because objectively there is no better.

We check the software to not have any viruses so you do not have anything to worry about. Also you need more Ram too 1Gb is minimum what every computer should have but we recommend 2Gb's of ram.
