  • seeing them on sat! OMG legends!

  • I think I'm in love

  • I lol'ed at this song. It was amazing. All of their songs are.

  • Excelent

  • 5 people aren't able to sing the song

  • 5 people were people were hung for ship stealing

  • This song is my schools song. Apart from the fields of glory, this is my favorite of their songs.

  • There's something terrible fake about everything they do

  • @tony10396861 It's not fake its called hyper reality. They sell the americans the image of Ireland that Americans have of us. Ths songs are all folk songs, the lads are all of good Irish singing stock- whats not to like except for the over production, but remember the clancys were wearing aran sweaters all the time on American TV portraying a similar image- athletic young youths and rosy maidens dancing at every crossroad etc. They are good singers fair dues to them!

  • @ceiltoic Call it what you want, it's awful stuff. Some of them are from good singing stock but I don't think they should be judged on that. They turn these songs into plastic paddy crap to sell them to the americans. They're all very average singers without the autotune or whatever it is they use.The Clancys were too stagey as well, but these muppets take it to a whole new level. And the Clancys at least had one really great singer in Liam

  • @tony10396861 True enough, it is to sell to the americans, and I generally wouldn't listen to it cos im into Martin Hayes, Lunasa, Liam O Maonlaoi, Luke Kelly- you get the picture. I didn't know they used auto tune (pitch modulator) though. I still think that if I was an ok singer and I could make big bucks flogging myself to the gullible ol yanks I would probably do it rather than sit in the corner of a session back home and get a few pints for my troubles. Is it a sellout or entrepreneurship?

  • @ceiltoic I'm not sure if it's auto tune, all I know is on the rare occasion that they do an impromptu performance their sound is very different and they have serious trouble getting the harmonies right. I take your point though, I suppose they (and their creators and producers) have decided they're gonna target the plastic paddy American market. It still makes me cringe

  • who disliked it must be a justin bieber fan that bitch

  • I know this is so Random! BUT I love Irish Accents! <3 those stupid ones on American movies you here are so bad :/ they go up and down, like really? =__=

  • @MrBocer I'm not sure what it is, but I listened to it over and over and this is what I got:

  • Any particular reason someone gave him a negative? The chorus is simple once you know the tune.

  • He has actually got that David Cassidy thing. I can see that too. How funny!

I am so happy for MoonShaz on having him for a neighbour. NOT!!!!!

  • I don't think he looks anything like David Cassidy. I can tell you firsthand he is striking up close.

I believe The High Kings to be the next great Irish supergroup.

  • I hope they start a revivle of the folk in the US I have many of the clancy's albums so I wish this group the best

  • my spelling sucks sorry

  • There's already a pretty good trad. folk revival in the US. You can even find Celtic albums in places like Fred Meyer and Target. You couldn't do that when I was little. More and more people are listening to this kind of stuff. And look at all the bands(like mine!) that are starting to make it by performing.

  • Ha ha, that is so true. Darren has a much warmer appearance though. Matinee idol looks.

  • Darren could be David Cassidy's offspring.....he was hot too.

  • I love them this is a funny song and there amazing and IRISH lol

  • I almost have the chorus down now LOL

  • Aw this song had me laughin on the tv. Theyr bril!!

  • ahh these guys are so awesome!!

  • Wow! Are those guys on the same page? Yes they are! That's absolutlely amazing. Irish? Well done!

  • You are so lucky to be his neighbour. If that was me I would spy on him 24/7

  • So proud of my Kilkenny neighbour Darren Holden , Brillant preformance.

  • He is hot isn't he.

I am HK and DH junkie

  • That made me smile. God, I love these guys.

  • So damn cool. Especially hottie second from the right. I am giddy

  • he is gorgeous. but the one talking is pretty gorgeous too. i love how he speaks as well.

  • The one talking is Finbar Clancy and from their Dareen Holden, Brian Dunphy, and Martin Furey. They are awesome....in sound and to look at - LOL.
