  • hey whats the difference between iwork 08 and 09? I have 08, but not sure if its worth getting the update. I only use it for school (papers, presentations)

  • what did you use to make this video? what program?

  • voice cracks! haha. you look like a fat baby hitler

  • haha i know. i was so fucking messed up.

  • stop crying!!!

  • what software are you using to record your screen? and yourself

  • thank u =) that was helpful.

  • r u crying???????????

  • is he crying?

  • Noch was schreiben bei dem iPages und so das man des ganze mal sieht des wäre noch gut.

Aber sont ist es voll gut hat mir viel gezeigt.

If you don't understand this I can write it in english. I'm from Germany...

  • my favorite theme on keynote is showroom

  • Sweet so instead of categorizing the templates to make it much faster and easier they just have all 200 of them for you to scroll through and search for the one you want?

    And no spreadsheet?

I'll stick with MS Office thanks.

  • Yes but you will find that absolutely everything in the template is predone.

i personally use ms office also.

  • Thanks for this vid.

  • nice .. good review .. i'm not gonna buy it still .. i'll stick to microsoft office .. it's much better

  • yes i have it and i do like it better. mac one is better then the windows one to be honest

  • i like it too but i just transferred from pc to mac and i just prefer getting the most out of OS X....

    pure innovation

  • Why would anyone buy a licence from any of thease arrogant bastards (Gates and Jobs) just for desktop use?! There is something called torrent downloads, P2P's...GET IT FOR FREE! Both of these suits are the same in the end, when you print or save the doc or presentation.

  • Because torrenting is against the law. I dont like to do it because i believe u should pay for things like this.

  • iwork 09 sucks. I have iwork 08 and can't open iwork 09 documents. Apple trying to force me to upgrade? I would rather spend $118 for office 08'- it might cost a little more but at least it has a longer shelf life.

  • what are you recording with?

  • screenflow

  • i would go with open office / neo office ... its free XD

  • Never tried those but certainly have heard of.

just wanted to see what apple had to offer as far as an office program.

  • Open office is nice if you just need a bare bone office platform. However if you want to use a full feature office platform with loads of smart features I would go with iWork. There is really no comparison. I'm a huge open source fanboy but you can't really compare iWork and OO.

  • If youre using two different OS's (ie. XP and Leopard) Open/Neo office is probably better due to the compatibility with pretty much every kind of document

  • Pretty good and usefull movie sir. So, i never had a mac, i'm wondering to buy anew macbook pro. So, you have a msn, skype, programas like that and running great wihout problems?

  • Most certainly! Skype is a dream and pretty much works exactly like windows. iChat works with many chat clients also and is amazing.

  • Boring...

  • what else did u expect for a tour of a product? it wasnt a review. =p

  • What are you using to record the screen shots? ilife 09?

  • Nope a program called screenflow, mac only and it is amazing. Lets u edit it add effects and the whole shabang! but if you are buying it its like $100 but there are other ways to get it if you torrent or something. i think you can get a free demo too just to check it out its super nice. it can do HD but i havent gotten imovie and screenflow to work in sync HD yet. =( sorry for the long comment =)
