But fluorine is a natural chemical, it occurs in trace quantities in even untouched, natural spring water. With zero fluorine, your bones and teeth will be less stronger than with traces of it. The total distilled water+reverse osmosis nonsense does not make sense. Only in some fluoride-lacking waters do the government put more fluoride in. In some places, they are trying to remove some of the fluorine in water which naturally has too much fluoride in them!
The what?!?!?!??! Why would fluoride be the by-product of aluminum? Aluminum is currently made by molten-salt electrolysis. The by products would not be fluorine because they don't electrolyse aluminum fluoride. What they add to water is NaF, which is naturally occuring in trace amounts of ground water. Hexafluorosilic acid can easily be formed in nature by HF or fluoride salts reacting with rocks, or SiO2. It has nothing to do with the by-products of aluminum.

It is a long process, but completely necessary. Look online for a water distilation system. Your health and intelligence are worth it. I clean the system with near boiling water treated with chlorine dioxide regularly ( chlorine dioxide is what was used in the nyc anthrax subway attack apparently and is similar to bleach in sanitation but is far less toxic ) and for anyone who questions it's safety I already have tested it on both plants and my dog who was diagnosed with cancer over 3 years ago. His bones are now almost 10% fluoride, and it will travel up his arm as well. If somebody eats about 2 grams of sodium fluoride, then it will have no chance to evenly distribute to the bones because It will end up in his blood first, and that much NaF in the blood will cause fluoride poisoning.
But the fluoride in our blood by drinking water is too low to cause blood poisoning and travels to our bones, where it becomes harmless.So fluoride in blood=poison at high concentrations while in bones at reasonable concentrations=harmless Some places people get overexposure to fluoride, but that is because their groundwater naturally contains as much as 50mg/L of fluoride! If you stop taking fluoride, your body will get rid of it eventually. The fluoride that gets stuck in your bones gets stuck there for life pretty much, but that is not necessarily bad. Where fluoride has adverse effects is in the soft tissues. If you take over 200 mg of vitamin C per day that is all you really need for removing fluoride. In three to six months you should have about 99% of it out which is good enough.

The what?!?!?!??! Why would fluoride be the by-product of aluminum? Aluminum is currently made by molten-salt electrolysis. The by products would not be fluorine because they don't electrolyse aluminum fluoride. What they add to water is NaF, which is naturally occuring in trace amounts of ground water. Hexafluorosilic acid can easily be formed in nature by HF or fluoride salts reacting with rocks, or SiO2. It has nothing to do with the by-products of aluminum.

It will not do that. Instead, even though it contains certain amounts of vitamins, the insolubles are all filtered out by the juicing process. But fructose and sucrose are very soluble, and still in the juice. So what you are drinking is mainly watered down sugar, with a little vitamins added in. Also, you need to specify what "toxins" are being destroyed by the juice. Finally, no sane person is going to drink juices everyday instead of water.

Fluoride is made from soot from the smokestacks of aluminum refineries. It is SLIGHTLY less toxic to humans than lead. It is so dangerous it's BANNED by the EPA from being put into lakes, rivers, and other groundwater. Toothpaste MUST (BY LAW) have a warning that if you swallow a pea-sized amount to contact poison control. Same amount of fluoride (or more) is in an 8 oz cup of tap water. It is a long process, but completely necessary. Look online for a water distilation system. Your health and intelligence are worth it. I have quad filter reverse osmosis system with aquasana filters. I clean the system with near boiling water treated with chlorine dioxide regularly ( chlorine dioxide is what was used in the nyc anthrax subway attack apparently and is similar to bleach in sanitation but is far less toxic ) and for anyone who questions it's safety I already have tested it on both plants and my dog who was diagnosed with cancer over 3 years ago. Of course, too much fluoride in bones (hydrofluoric acid exposture) can make the bones shatter like glass. Let's do a calculation for you. Suppose a person drinks 3L of fluoridated water/average a day. He lives 80 years. So 3X365=1095X80=87600mg/87g of fluoride, which is distributed to about 13 kgs of bones. It makes up less than 1% of our bones.

His bones are now almost 10% fluoride, and it will travel up his arm as well. If somebody eats about 2 grams of sodium fluoride, then it will have no chance to evenly distribute to the bones because It will end up in his blood first, and that much NaF in the blood will cause fluoride poisoning.

Other types of radiation come from Fukushima, Cesium-134, Strontium-90 and Iodine-131. When I say removes, their system has a zeolite which absorbs radioisotopes by ion exchange.

Some herbs will do it such as Gotu Kola which is very inexpensive. Never by herbal supplements from a drug store. The quality isn't as good as what you'll get in a health food store.

If you stop taking fluoride, your body will get rid of it eventually. The fluoride that gets stuck in your bones gets stuck there for life pretty much, but that is not necessarily bad. Where fluoride has adverse effects is in the soft tissues. If you take over 200 mg of vitamin C per day that is all you really need for removing fluoride. In three to six months you should have about 99% of it out which is good enough.

@allsop91 Read that distilled water is bad for you, your not only taking out the bad but also the good, you end up with pure water but natural water as from a spring would have trace elements,minerals from the path it has taken that benefit your body. However you can distill then add them back.Thats what i read it is't my own knowledge or experience and i do not yet know the best, most benefical or cost effective method unfortunately

I stand corrected, the Amish do eat pork so they do not consume a strict Old Testament diet. However, I did find that most of the diet of the Amish does coincide with the Old Testament diet & they do strictly eat unprocessed & organic diets. Which is the premise of my whole argument. 90% of the sick people in America wouldn't have the health problems it did if we kept an organic Old Testament diet. If we did this there would be no need for vaccines.

I have known a number of Old Order Amish, Beachy Amish, and Mennonites and while their social structure to us would appear "closed", they are much more like us English than they are different. Their stress level is probably lower, and there is an actual assurance of mutual support which we only feebly immitate. BTW. A religious and righteous Amish would be horrified at any comparisons attached to them by race or religion haters

Look at the Amish. These people follow a strict Old Testament diet and they live well into the 90's & hundeds without the need for nursing homes. There elderly are as strong as our 20 yr olds. If you look past all the other oddities and take an honest look at it. The only explanation is proper diet. We can agree to disagree about the fact that genes need optimum nourishment to stay strong enough to be pasted from generation to generation and retain all it's properties. What else feeds it?

@eweutuberider I contend that environment is the most telling difference. Old Order Amish work dark to dark. Hard physical work. Their lives are more structured and are almost free of the head-scrambling diversions that plague we "English". I don't think that there diet is anywhere similar to Old Testament...Old German maybe..lots of Ham.

The Vatican teaches that the dietary laws are done away on it's own accord self proclaiming to be a higher authority of scripture. Yet the same consequences you get for eating unclean foods are still in effect. They claim you can eat pork, yet the first food your doctor takes you off of is pork when you develop high blood pressure. Atheists who eat for longevity eat a diet consistent with Old Testament law. The Vatican has people believing they can ingest what ever they want without question

@eweutuberider An anecdotal nugget for you. My wife's grandmother was born in 1876 and lived into 1980....104 years. She began each day with "fat tea"...a piece of pork fat cut off of smokehouse meat and steeped in boiling water. They grew most everything they needed for the table, most of the meat being pork, and the rest of the land produced tobacco and cotton. The greatest difference between then and now is work/rest and stress induced by so-called time saving devices.

@JTB1956 Do her progeny live that long? She inherited her longevity from people who lived before her. I can only guess they kept a better diet. But I don't know. Everyone knows there are supplements 4 bodybuilding, increase IQ, improve eye sight etc. We never think in terms of feeding our GENES. Again I ask u, did ur wife's grandmother pass on the genes of her kind of longevity she had on 2 her children? I say had she kept the dietary laws of Leviticus 11, she may have lived to 120 yrs old.

She has very high"good" cholesterol...what may have been the cause of her grandmothers longevity. My understanding of sickle-cell anemia is that the expression in the phenotype of this genetic "malady" is that the affected individual can more easily deal with Malaria.Diet should have no effect on genetic expression. Studies?

@JTB1956 2) Black people have Sickle Cell Anemia in their heredity because of the foods their ancestors ate in Africa: Monkeys, snakes, snails & who knows what else. In the 1960's they took new born infants born of families with Sickle Cell Anemia & they fed them a diet of organic fruits & vegetables as soon as they were old enough to eat them. Not only did they not get Sickle Cell Anemia, it was severed from their bloodline never to appear again. Thus proving my earlier contention.
