That was fucking great! Dave screws up and still makes it entertaining with his Improvisation. In Hagar s autobiography Sammy accuses him of being " all scripted" (sounds likes Jealous BS) This proves that Dave is not all scripted! Dave has a high I.Q and when he screws up, he recovers effortlessly. After 22 yrs of not playing together I would expect an occasional mistake. Every video that I have seen of this reunion is great!

I was at this show,and I remember people talking about how bad DLR's vocals were after the show. I openly stated to one guy who was complaining that he had obviously never heard VH back in the day,cuz say what u will about the 2007 MGM grand show DLR's vocals were 10 times better than the 1984 show I caught in the same city. I was at this show,and I remember people talking about how bad DLR's vocals were after the show. I openly stated to one guy who was complaining that he had obviously never heard VH back in the day,cuz say what u will about the 2007 MGM grand show DLR's vocals were 10 times better than the 1984 show I caught in the same city. Everyone within earshot unanamously agreed. He's a shitty singer, but that show was almost magical compared to stuff from the 80's eddie's playing and tone was way better a

That was just terrible.. it makes me sad to see what drugs and alcohol have done to my hero.. He will remain my hero in my heart, but is addictions have made him such a sloppy player and a total control freak. Think about it, there is a reason why a new Van Halen cd hasn't come out in? Exactly! most of us can't even answer that! He is consumed by ego and addictions. I wish only the best for him and hope that the fans get the old eddie back. roth is awful compared to sammy hagar, and john mayer plays this a bit better than eddie i think. to be fair though the fat bass player is an improvement on michael anthony, more stage presence and a better backing vocalist

i don't know or care what went wrong between david lee roth and eddie van halen and/or the rest of the band. they had it when they were together. that kind of musical chemistry is something you shouldn't take for granted. it's too bad they couldn't keep it together. this performance only give a hint of what they might have been able to do together if they'd been able to resolve their differences. in my opinion, it was a big mistake for eddie to kick david out of the band so long ago.
