it is because we have a very high altitude here in Mexico (many places not only mexico city)so turbo cars are a lot faster, around 25% faster, I had seen stratus r/t, pt turbo, cirrus and of course neon srt4 winning against very expensive cars like mustang gt 8 cil, all vag cars including audi), bmw m3 and some others (there are some beetles that won in 1/4 mille thanks 2 the weight).

what are you smoking? Stratus RT's are 4 cylinders, some of the newer 04 models have a 3.0L high out put v6. But the stratus has NEVER had a v8 and has NEVER ran a 13.4 stock. You can get them with turbos and those are some mean little cars them but then they are still in the 14's not the 13's unless they got some mods.

my 97 stratus 2.4 l dohc auto overdrive 150 hp stock its got now cherrybomb turbo muffler. msd coil k n air intake bosh titanuin plugs bosh wires it runs good . it got dynoed at 175 hp not bad..
