Watching you play this truly makes me wonder shy your SF64 scores aren't higher than they are.

Your brake/boost management, lock on timing, all spot on. I can't even get close to this score on this game, although I haven't put enough effort into it.

Whenever I used it and turned/flipped/barrel rolled/etc...I'd only end up crashing miserably elsewhere...lol...

meh the whole game should have been on rails. or at least more. the foot stuff was a new addition, but when about 70% of the missions have foot involved, somethings wrong. the voice acting was a tad weak in Assault imo too.

Since there were footmen in SF64's multiplayer I don'T see why couldn't they focus on them.

Also, I think I overheard when Nintendo said that Starfox is exclusively a rail shooter.

I've picked up over 4000, Takes a lot of practice, but it's possible. That's the thing, recorded videos are almost never the best score. I mean, look at my Fortuna video, it scored 3200, but I broke 4000 that same day.

Yea i have this game, I thinks so too that if there were more intense space battles like this then SFA would have been a crazy-bestseller. I will admit my favourite level is the first. Nice vid. dude.

i sincerely hope they just make the next Star Fox game on rails the whole way through...flight games that have tried to put in on foot missions have a historically bad track record i.e. rogue squadron 3
