You know what this song is about? Bob Dylan was drunk in a bar in Greenwich village and he was out of money and wanted to play the jukebox and this guy came up shaking change in his hand and asked him what he wanted to play, and Dylan called him Mr. Tamborine man and they ended up drinking till sunrise till he crashed at his place. That's all this song is about.
