it's basically just the same 3 chords as the beer song....mess around a bit, I'm sure you'll get them; msg me if you get stuck & I'll work them out. DR uses bottleneck and some subtle right hand picking to great effect on this one though. No idea how he ACTUALLY plays it!

Well as a draw my pay fer punchin cows i must tell ya'll that most conversation that takes part among real workin' cowboys ain't fer the faint of heart or ladies. Lot's of stories from the old timers about "workin' girls". Love the images, like the music, usually enjoy Dan Reeder. Hate the message but appreciate the humor with which it was delivered. The message typically missed from these images is that these people for the most part were working their asses off just to survive. So even if they did choose to rub one out more power to them.

Man I just REALLY got what this song was about. It's about guys jackin off to girls that he thinks is the American Dream! "There's the real kind and there's the kind in his mind...but the "mind kinda know's like the (kind that he knows like the kind in his HAND)" At least that's how I interpreted it. Hey Virginia, With 3 bachelor degrees(yes,3), I know perfectly well the difference b/t Emigrant and Immigrant. I'm just so used to people(particularly the Blacks at work; I'm an RN)) who misuse terms so often that I yield to it and actually try to cover it up for them. I misunderstood you, my friend.
