I think I remember you saying that in one of your videos which I watched last year. My mum bought a VW Polo from them in 2008 and almost bought a MK6 Golf TDI from them this year.
They're (as far as I know) easy enough to live with. This isn't my car, it's my dad's but he loves it, he says it seems to make him feel a bit more special when he's driving it. I have driven it though and it's really easy to drive. You also need to be going quite fast to get into 6th and will need to give it some beans at times, unless you've got a turbo'd version.
I think the only extras we got ontop of the Lusso spec was "Blue and Me" and chrome light surrounds/mirrors.
Nice. I went for a test drive with my dad in the quickest turbo'd version and it was pretty epic. My dad was going to get a 1.4 TB but I needed to be insured on it for a while as well as my sister and the insurance would've been astronomical so he had to settle for the N/A version. Still a great car for city driving and the country roads around here, though.
Blade Alfa Romeo in Cheltenham is who we got ours from.
@GTAMADDOG i have a mini one and its been lovly with no problems for 7 years now but its coming to an end and i am looking into getting one of these. what are the worse and best bits about them please :P ask your dad if you dont mind ive been sat here watching 3 hours of mito footage lol
@M4tthew999 + You stand out from the crowd in it. I actually found it suprisingly spacious. Easy to drive. Comfortable. Loads of standard extras which I think is the norm for Alfa Romeo these days. Quite economical as well. - This specific engine (1.4 16v non-turbo) needs to be worked out of town. Interior plastics are iffy in places. Rear visibility is not so good. Rear parking sensors would be a good move. Marmite looks, if you know what I mean. They're lower than they look, too.
What happens here is just a system diagnostics that runs everytime you turn the key...but still it's pretty impressive because you never expect something like that!
BTW Alfa is great...especially the 159 in my opinion!
Wow, fast picklock! i didn't knew alfa's where that easy to steal
