Uhh Kratos, when have you ever been merciful? You spend the entire franchise ripping to bloody shreds everyone who stands in your way, and a whole lot of people/deities who aren't standing in your way. The only example where you showed some restraint was with the village oracle, quite strange considering she laughed at the deaths of your wife and daughter...

The death of Charon is a problem... Now how are the souls of the dead going to cross the river? Why don't we see this in later GOW games?

Thats actually not true. After you beat the game you can replay it with all of your old magic and weapons and stuff, but when you face Charon the first time the gauntlet is worthless. Btw wheres inFamous 2 and Lost Planet?
