You really know so much maybe you can help me and a lot of other guys. I had problems when I reloaded my printer and tried to delete dup files. So I Reloaded the computer and upgraded. Now my scrolling and watching vids is screwed up. they flicker. I tried to use windows "scroll" where you can click smooth scrolling but that doesn't work. When I e-mail WIN or microsoft They send me garbage.

Do you know how to reformat a hard drive if your disc drive doesn't work and not with usb either. I figure there has to be some way to read the iso with out having to boot from it.

No, Opera was the first to come up with this as far as i know. I still think Operas gestures are more straight forward, and is a better browser all together
