The pre-requisite is the attitude, not the car. Here in S. @Benderwrestling Nobody was in the car when this happened so the airbags didn't go off. They are only activated when there is someone sitting in the seats. There is alot more damage to the car that you can't see when all the body parts were taken off. It was a really sweet car! :(

I had someone insured with a substandard company hit me several years ago. I was having trouble getting them to pay. My insurance had the car fixed, then sued the other company. It wasn't counted as a claim against me.

Our car was parked in front of our house when a drunk driver came down our street and hit our car. Nobody was in the car at the time so the insurance company is trying their best to lowball us. The car didn't even have 25k miles on it and it was in excellent condition! The company is Allstate and the guy only has the minimum amounts of coverage so that is all they are trying to pay! I can't imagine someone with a pretty new BMW only having the minimum coverage...a moron in this case!
