  • lol i've heard almost every single one of these at some point or another.. my fave was a lady who INSISTED that she was right in ordering her no-foam cap, even though i told her there was no such thing. therefore i called it out as a latte and gave it to her

  • @crimsonlung you wanna know something rude, how about getting punch in the face by a KFC crew.. just happened yesterday

  • I am also reporting this video to Starbucks, I hope they recognize your face and fire you. I literally sent the video to your HR in headquarters.

You don't insult customers like this. The names of the drinks are clearly not in English, and first timers aren't going to know how to pronounce them correctly.

I really hope you get fired.

  • @crimsonlung wow I wish I had so much free time and nothing better to do with myself than to report some silly YouTube video. Really... find something more productive to do with yourself... and try to get a sense of humor while you're at it!

  • I work at Starbucks, I have seen every one of these, and much much more.

  • I had a guy who would come in everyday and ask for a tall pike palace instead of a pike place.

  • Cappuccino no foam lol

  • Loved this video girls. you made me laugh my butt off. ex barista for a reason.

  • Don't forget when customers say "Grand" instead of "Grande" or "Creme Brulee Latte" instead of "Caramel Brulee Latte"!

  • wow! my entire work day in 1 minute.

  • that girl was fucking sexy i need a girlfriend like you

  • lol this is cool video

  • You forgot the white people who clearly have never spent time near a latino, and call it "Grandeee"

  • OMG I was fat when I made this Video #WOOF

  • I love that you guys did the fake accent thing! WHY DO PEOPLE DO THIS??? A guy came up and ordered a "Grande Breve" as he put it all crazy fake accented, and didn't say what kind of drink, so when we tried to clarify if it was a breve latte he SNAPPED. Like, wtf?

  • Now imagine that they are ordering cocktails, and they are all drunk, and they want to have sex with the barista. Welcome to restaurant life. Starbucks is easy.

  • wow, it's hard to read sarcasim in text I guess. I'm getting decimated for my comment I made in a joking manner. Come at me .

  • @Mozartmostly Sometimes you have to learn the hard way. Youtubers don't pay attention to grammar, let alone subtle sarcasm in rhetoric. A lot of 12-year-olds and people who don't speak english as their first language. Literal wording is your friend.

  • this just made my day lol i cant believe how much im laughing right now lol

  • I have totally had the no foam capa-however-you-spell-it-chino

  • Oooh ooh I wanna do a video. But uh after I quit lol

  • I think they would like 0:26.

  • Someone came in the other day and ordered "A Passionfruit Drink." She got upset when i asked the size, if she wanted lemonade/sweetener and if it was iced.

  • Love u, from all starbucks baristas

  • I can imagine, in such a big continent as america, it can be kinda hard when there are so many people, and everybody's thinking that their rush is more pressing than the others

  • 0:53 is the funniest one

  • I love you guys so much, that's exactly what we have to put up with <3.

  • Did this customer seriously order a cappuccino with no foam? God should have just said fine and given them a doppio.

  • Wasted a minute of my life here

  • @Mozartmostly Its not rude, its just an informative video on how customers usually order when they aren't a regular. Its not meant to be rude/mean its just for entertainment. You're supposed to laugh, like this: "ha ha ha"

  • @YodervilleProduction C'mon, that comment can't be but sarcastic or pure trolling. In either case it wasn't worth the calories it took your fingers to to type and reply. AWESOME VID BTW!

  • @YodervilleProduction It's SO not rude. Regulars and newbies alike are IDIOTS.

  • @Mozartmostly well aren't you a fine piece of crap? go drink your days calories.

  • Oh so you must be the person at 0:19

  • @Mozartmostly congratulations! drinking the same shitty coffee every day for the last 17 years if a real accomplishment. you look stupid.

  • Comment removed

  • @Mozartmostly fuck you bitch

  • @Mozartmostly go F yourself. This is how they order. a barista knows it all.

  • @Mozartmostly I thought it was kinda obvious you were joking. Guess some people can't understand that haha :)

  • junkies are sooo annoying... sux to be a dealer...

  • Welcome to my life :(

  • Tall no foam cappuccino. I lost it.

  • Starbucks really created these monsters. What with the thousands of modifiers, the "if your drink isn't perfect - we'll remake it" rule, and the JSY policy... Most companies know how to draw the line somewhere before completely spoiling their already self-entitled customers. It's always the baristas who suffer.

  • I'd like to see you last a day in my shoes. I get up at 330am 4 days a week. Have people waiting at the door every morning, and have to deal with people that retaliate at me for wanting to kill them behind the smile and calm exterior that I constantly some them. I don't hate every person that walks into the store, but the hard part of my job isn't drinks, it's the people that drink them.

  • free refills...? 0.0

  • These rants are the anthem to all who slave in customer service low wage positions everywhere.

  • If you don't like how expensive Starbucks is, stick to less expensive alternatives. I am tired of people saying "I'm paying $5 for $.50 worth of coffee beans." as an excuse to treat the baristas like crap. If you can't afford it or don't feel like dishing out the extra bucks then Dunkin Donuts are always happy to take your orders. Or go make your own if you have to create a customized item that ends up not even being part of their menu.

  • @strawberrypepper18 I think you missed the point. That's not surprising.

  • @mrphotoid If I missed the point then I think you should be man enough to explain to me what I missed. :)

  • @strawberrypepper18 OK, manning up: The point was that customers expect a service level that does not include constant fun-making and/or antagonism re how we order our (customizable) coffee (after all, we're paying for a premium service/product). It’s rude. It's also a slippery slope of a business model when the customer is preemptively viewed as a hostile. BTW, I don’t believe that customers should ever be rude to servers.. it’s called common courtesy & it certainly should work both ways.

  • @mrphotoid Okay? I agree with what you just said so I don't understand why you are saying that I am missing the point. I am talking about customers who don't like how expensive Starbucks is yet complains when buying an item from there. I am not talking about customers in general who customizes their coffee to their taste to a reasonable level, I am talking about customers who make so many excessive changes that they create a whole different menu item. The baristas are not chemists.

  • typical starbucks whores

  • @12345678tube no they are not brats...they are speaking the truth and the truth hurts ;)

  • '

haha funny comedy and it is a home wall

  • @mrphotoid And when we're working their 8 hours a day on minimum wage, we tire of hearing the irritating redundancy of customers who lack a sense of respect for those catering to them.

  • @zebrequeen B.O.O. H.O.O. Talk to your company re your 'minimum wage'. Respect works two ways - apparently, you've yet to figure that out. G/L with that.

  • Starbucks sucks!!!

  • I much prefer cost a coffee.

  • The barista at the Starbucks I go to at Safeway always makes a point of saying how much he likes me as a customer because all I order is a single or double shot of espresso. No soy, no half anything, no caramel. Just espresso. Oh and I only put a drop of milk occasionally from the condiment bar. What's wrong with people? All Starbucks drinks are mostly milk. I drink coffee to get a jolt. Who needs all that milk?

  • Haha. This is awesome! I'm a barista, and although I don't work at Starbucks, I think most coffee shop customers are like this! I get the "cappuccino with no foam" thing a lot...haha.

  • I REALLY REALLY want to give this video Thumbs Down, but the girl with the purple scarf is SUPER cute ... I guess you ladies are getting a thumbs up ! ... Call Me !!! :)

  • One ice water please *drops change in tip jar*

  • Extra extra extra extra caramel! Damn those customers! Damn them all to hell!

  • fuck off whorers

  • This is my favorite. "May I have two passions teas with 16 splenda's each!"

  • I swear to god I've had all of these customers like 1000 times haha. This was painfully accurate.

  • 6 people are the customers who were imitated here.

  • omg I work at my parents donut shop and I get the whole "GUUUURRRLLL you know you wanna gimme that brownie for free" thing! lol just replace brownie for donut! hahah

  • extra extra extra caramel. OMG YOU GOT IT SPOT ON.

  • I love you 2

  • Is it sad that every Starbucks worker in the world relates to this video? What kind of monster customers has this company created?!

  • @NoMSG I dont even work at Starbucks and I can relate LOL. Its not just Starbucks. I work with the public and pretty much all places have people like that.

  • THIS IS CRAP!!!

  • Decaf for the rude. Dead shots for the really rude. Thats my motto.

  • @jakec0rnett haha! and whole milk for the annoying ones that ask you 4000 times "is this non fat?"

  • Barista (DTO): Hello, welcome to Starbucks. What can we get for you?

Customer: Hold on! *Talks on phone*

    -------------------

    Customer: Can I get a Caramel MAH-Ki-AHt-TA?

    -------------------

Customer: Oh no, don't put that on there!

Barista: Oh, you have the *blah blah blah* drink?

Customer: Oh no, that's not mine...

  • @NefariousDelights omg yeah the "oh wait im very important-phone-talkers" :o soo annoying! also when your behind them in the line.. JUST ORDER!:)

  • I work at starbucks in NY.....this is dead on. LMAO

  • OMG SOOOOO funny! Partner here for 4 years! I love these people "I get this drink every day before work. I know what it's suppose to taste like!!!"

Hmmmm ok.... you order it and drink it everyday when I MAKE IT 500x a day.... who do you think knows more??? Yea have a nice day! (even though you got decaf bitch!)

  • OH. Any I get idiots who ask for cappuccinos with no foam. stupid bafoons...

  • LOVE THIS. I'm a barista, and I get the caramel macchiato thing ALL THE TIME from customers. People pick the most sophisticated sounding beverage and think they're cool. Its freaking ESPRESSO with MILK FOAM. BLEH. It tastes like butt, even with a shot of caramel or whatever. People are ridiculous.

  • Exactly how 9/10 customers order they dont want extra carmel... they want EXTRA xs 25 carmel might i add i give them the same amount of carmel i just put it on the side of the cup and they leave all happy lol...

  • Love i! i dont work in star bucks but i work in a movie theater concession stand i love how they were in line for 5 mins. when they reach your register they have no idea what they want and because of that your lines gets bigger

  • Love it!
