  • getting rid of the music would really help

  • thank you so much! i have had this shit for about 4 years and..i thought was alone with these feelings untill yesterday when i reed about a guy with the same symtoms!

its such a relief hearing your words and advice, I cant tell you how grateful i am. thank you so much

  • The most spot on and most helpful video I have watched!!! :)

  • Listen guys I had D/R for a year before it was gone, totally, wiped out. Now I am thankful that I had it because it led me to something better! Ever think that maybe God did this to you for a reason, like a blessing in disguise? This problem is spiritual based. No church will help you. No pills, they mask it, then what? What? What? Message me, keep an open mind, 1-4 weeks MAX whoever tries this will find their cure, but you must do it hardcore, its free & you do it alone... HIT me up. <3

  • I have a friend with depersonalization disorder, he has been on disability for something like 15 years now. I am his former roomie and saw this coming and when I tried to talk to him about this and plan for it, he blew up. It was clear to me he had trouble coming. He still has no empathy, no warmth, and feels he has no soul. He was a porn actor. He's tried every drug. It's really sad. He confesses he is too lazy to work, which scares me. What, he wants to be a parasite?

  • What's with the music? Like seriously...I came here to hear your words, not your music. :P

  • Your awesome

  • this isnt a disease like aids, stress, chicken pox, all that shit that happens in life. This is bigger than any disorder or disease inside of life . Lets just say im high high high as hell for years and years everywhere i go. when im sober

  • @WildernessLures dont give up. stop avioding things - face them and deal with them. stay strong xxx

  • had it for 3 years, fuckin hate it. why are you blocking your face??? and do it without the music, i love dubstep, but the music and blurriness is making my DP worse lol

  • @CDNCigReviewer because there are people i know that wouldnt understand this video, and this video is on here for one purpose only which is to help other people :) yeah ive since realised maybe music was a mistake. I might remake this video without the music and just maybe a recording of my voice, also i wanna do a quick overview of the article i posted a link for on the vid.... Watch this space lol

  • @diamondloose oh sorry bout that, good luck with everyting!!

  • @CDNCigReviewer same here, i had to scroll down and just listen. the blurred face was fucking with me pretty hard

the music wasn't a problem for me though :D

  • @frosty9392 lol

  • THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR POSTING THIS, honestly i just sat and read that entire post from the link you put up, and just thank you a million times over

  • Ive been suffering from this for 4 years now how do yall think i fell :[

  • What are the songs that are playing in the background?

  • actually can you just tell me all the song names haha......you and I have similar tastes in music.......also I couldn't tell from your vid but do you still have it or has it gone away??

  • Damn......what is that second song???? The one that plays after Innocence...goes hard.

  • You CAN do it guys! You are all strong people. Read the link on my vid and remember my advice! DP is horrible but it is your friend not your enemy. Acceptance is key! Going to try and log in more to reply to messages quicker. x

  • PLEASE TAKE A LOOK AT THE LINK POSTED ON MY VIDEO. IT IS WHAT AIDED MY RECOVERY AND I THINK IT CAN HELP ALL OF YOU TOO. <3

  • Smoking weed makes it stay longer dude I got dr from it 3 months ago I stopped smoking and almost 100% better =) just have fun try to forget it be positive playing Xbox live and psn helped me alot cause it would get my mind off it and workout and lots of water and decaf tea GET OUT OF YOUR MIND AND INTO YOUR LIFE I stole that saying lol :) and no nicotine, caffeine, weed or alcohol that stuff makes it worst good luck

  • Yeah I just smoke weed but I wish I could some xanax that sounds like it will help but theres no way I can get it

  • @wcdfilms Please XANAX is NOT the answer it is a crutch and will not aid you in recovery. this is the whole point i am trying to make, you have to conquer this yourself!

  • @diamondloose Well I know its not the answer. I can't deny that of coarse, but I want it because I know I won't be cured but I know I can feel better, and Xanax offers me a chance to feel better. Derealization and depersonalization both suck and they make you feel like nothing exists but really its not that bad because regardless, this does exist whether you feel that or not. Thats just what I keep in my mind.

  • @wcdfilms Saying this in the nicest and helpful way possible, this attitude IS preventing your recovery!!! It wont help you please listen. Take on my video and read the link for the article

  • the music.. in the background.. gahh! so annoying!

  • @hokkiennoodle sorryy about that!! :P

  • @diamondloose Thank you so much...you have been a big help... i only have it for a few days but its been so hard and scary to deal with...i'll try ur advice..ur a little angel

  • thanks alot for sharing, you really gave me alot of hope (: ive had it for the past 4 months and currently struggling to get out of it. Its horrible. do u wanna add me on facebook and we can talk about it? facebook(dot)com/ottmand

    cheers x

  • @bendlor ive had it for 4 months too. It sucks :(. I think i am slowly recovering though, i have made a lot of progress you know.

  • Hi, I sufferr from severe derealization and I don't know what to do anymore. It has gotten pretty bad. I got it in August. For the first few months it was very mild and easy to ignore but now it is torture. I can hardly navigate myself around my room or house without feeling completely disconnected. It has been severe for a month now. I just want to be normal again. :(

  • @honeybee779

Replying to you in a PM :)

  • @honeybee779 same to me it happened after i smoked weed one time.

  • @AlexKingTV

If you get this again you should maybe think about stopping smoking weed?

im all for smoking it but some people who have these tendencies are the ones who end up getting the baddd side effects, e.g psychosis and more severe anxiety

  • @honeybee779 i totally get you , and i'm totally fucked up light everything is so flourescent and bright :(
