Thanks for the hints. I didn't know preview had the different selection tools, nice short cut when I don't want to take the time to open Photoshop and don't need perfection.
The site did publish picture changes, but not the twitter widget, nor a hit counter I installed. Those are two separate HTML codes of course. Perhaps the provider is restricting these in some way?? but I wouldn't think so...
Great tutorial - but after I added a twitter widget with a hyperlink, it did not publish to my website. I use a small orange. Any suggestions? (I tried publish changes, and also publish new site menu choises).
@jhall444. Hmmm. So is it the entire website didin't publish changes or just the Twitter widget. If it is your entire website not publishing changes, it's most likely that the server provider is acting goofy or something is wrong with it's settings. If it is just the Twitter widget that is not publishing, then it's most likely some part of the HTML code didn't get copied properly. Try it again and see if any changes happen. I hope this helps!
@techron3. Do you mean like if you put the link to a facebook page you made on to your website, then someone clicks on it from a different computer, does it log in as you? No, it doesn't. It's the same as a YouTube channel. If someone clicks on a link to your channel, it just goes straight to that persons channel, keeping your account logged in. I think that's what you mean. I hope this helps!
@Tailcrat. No problem. I'm glad you enjoyed it. :)
But, no, you do NOT need MobileMe. There are many ways to publish your website to the web through a website hosting site, which there are tons of. But, these all cost money. Also, there are some free methods, but all of those have some sort of alteration to the normal format of your website's URL name, if that makes any sense. Search something like "publish iweb free" on YouTube, and there will be millions of methods.
@MedievalHollywood Thank you man! yeah I knew about web hosting I just didn't know if you needed to have a mobileme to work in iweb and eventually post to the web
hahaha ya thanks but theres a cupel of other things i need help with plz lol. when you are making your website and your making you blogs there is an option where you can let people comment on your blogs but the only problem is that you need mobile me to use it is there any other way you can allow people to comment on your stuff with out mobile me
@mydumbasscreename. I see what your saying, and there is several way of going about this. The obvious way is using HTML, which is the computer code that allows us to go to the web. If you google "HTML comment box", or something along those lines, you are sure to find some stuff. Look around for a while, and hopefully you can find some stuff. Also, check out the website wufoo(dot)come. They have a lot of useful HTML boxes for comments, poles, and that sort of thing. I hope this helps!
Great info :) Thanks!!

When you link your FB page to your website, it wont go to the personal "logged in" page right?
