Looks like a piece of tumbling space debris to me. Particularly since the early "blinking" seems to have a pattern, then later, the brightness fades away as the angle of the sun changes. Definitely not a space alien UFO.

The thing about UFO's is how they change to suit the times. That's what led me away from any ET explanation.

Way back in history dragons were the thing. Instead of greys and aliens folks were seeing fairies and demons.

Then the 1880's flap.

WWII saw the tiny foo fighters, followed by Arnold's saucers. Then came the cigars.

Nowadays not so many saucers but more triangles, rods and orbs.

I read every book on the subject, spent hours and hours in my local library searching old newspapers for reports of UFO's.

From Keyhoe to Leslie, Adamski to Keel, to those claiming Jesus was an astronaut, etc., etc.

After many years of this way of life I finally had to conclude there was no answer.

UFO's to me open the minds of those who witness them. Way back late 1800's it was the famous balloons and powered craft sighted in America long before the Wrights took to the air.
