Aaaw man! Could've hung out on the guys at 0:50 a bit^^. I like good jazzy sounds. And the guys on 2:10 & 2:15 sound pronominal! If I had the cash, I'd scoop those dudes up to do that very track for some anime's intro!^^
@phyerboss - I like the guys at 2:15 too. Whenever I hear a song I like from an unknown group I simply type in some of the words from their songs into google. The lyrics are invariably somewhere on the web along with the name of the group. But not being Japanese I can't do this. If you find out who they are - tell me.
I was there last year in may, and there weren't a ton of street performances, but it seems they have designated stages now. I saw the first band outside of a chain coffee shop (can't remember what chain though)
Im not sure who all the bands are unfortunately. I don't live in Tokyo anymore, but last year when I went to visit, the authorities had banned street lives there, which was so disappointing! I heard there was some incident that triggered a council reaction. Hopefully that's all changed! Sundays at Yoyogi park were always unforgettable
