Good, I like that you share this video Drive accelerated e-Learning execution If you develop e-Learning, or are considering it, you need this proven e-Learning Development Project Management Outline, I wish success always
Great video. However, one aspect I would like to highlight that might need a relook: the position of quality assurance in the whole project life-cycle. If we put QA just before the alpha and beta deliveries and not before the storyboarding, or GUI creation even, there is always a risk that we might have to do lot more to fix an error that the QA caught. Simple reason could be that it takes longer to correct a simple typo in Flash rather than in MS Word.
This video shows a quick and useful recap of the main steps in e-learning project management. I would love to see sequel video targeting each step more into detail.
BRILLIANT; SHORT AND TO THE POINT BUT STILL INFORMATIVE AND HELPFUL; EXCELLENT, CRISP IMAGES AND OTHER SCREENSHOTS AND CUSTOM ANIMATION; EXCELLENT AND EASY TO FOLLOW FLOW; AN ABSOLUTELY QUICK AND HELPFUL RESOURCE TO VIEW AGAIN AND AGAIN
Brilliant. For someone new to E-Learning and recently thrust into the position, this was great. I appreciate all the good knowledge you shared. Much Appreciated.
A little too much focus on stakeholder input and approval. If internal, use the stakeholder for assisting you during needs analysis, providing subject matter and review. Be cautious of giving them full power to approve or disapprove, instead they should confirm the content is accurate and/or not lacking anything. The reason companies have instructional designers is so they can effectively deliver training content, not be hampered by a stakeholder or subject matter expert that does not know ISD.
Loved it! Thanks for sharing this knowledge with those of us who are starting to think about developing elearning...this is extremely helpful and definitely worth seeing.
Thank you! this is what i want and it help me to develop courseware...tq :)

It's amazing. Entire university courses to the tune of $1,500 in 13 weeks.. Quite a contrast to your nice overview in less than 10 minutes. Terrific.
