I disagree. Where is the money going? I guess people don't understand that there is not money to begin with, so you either have to make cuts, or increase taxes, and he is trying to strike a balance between the two. People always want a ton of government services, yet don't want to pay for them. I think patterson is not being political and making the tough decisions, and unfortunately people are ignorant to his sincerity.
