i am a goalie and when you are out of the crease you can get hit but when you are in pads it is harder to stay up when you get hit. they dont help you balance.

When a goalie leaves the crease it should be just the same as any other player - checked. This leave the goalie alone when he is out of the crease and playing the puck is just asking for it, and their pads are incredible so they should be able to take the hit. Goalie's stay in the crease if you do not want to get hit.
