I can say that there is way too much evil in that anime but that's the beauty of it. I love Shangri-la for the plot and mostly it's theme song.

Just a correction:
singer is May'n, arranger is akimitsu honma, and the song is kimi shinitamou koto nakare, translates as "thou shalt not die".
It is, indeed, an incredible song, though the chorous could have used a little more vocal nuance in the backup track.
