Apparantly the tires and wheels were customer supplied, so they were never entered in the parts invoice, and nobody remembers what was used with any certaintly.

The wheels were most likely Halibrand "Sprint" wheels or Wheel Vintique reproductions of that wheel. The Tires were BF Goodrich P255 and P275/R60-15's.

If you want safe, drive a Priuis, they have all kinds of markers so you can avoid running over them. And we ain't been busted yet, because we only drive like that for a few seconds at a time. Just enough for the vids. We'd have to go to a track to really drop the hammer on these beasts.

We don't reccomend dipping. Solvent always reamins behind in the crevis' and seams then bubbles up again under the paint. Besides, it's no longer legal to do in most states. We do media blasting on all our cars. You can read an online article about it on our website.

Thanks. This morning I had to delete a post on this thread and block a guy who had just the opposite reaction, and who went in to a profanity laced tirade. Some people just dont get it. All I can do is try to set an example.

As for the speed displays on our vids, they are all within (or close to) posted speed limits. We just do some hard accelerations for short distances.

dude im 15 and im a camaro freak, i know the owner of the original camaro used in the move -little known fact- the car was a real trans am race car before the movie used it, and it is actually a 67 camaro with a '68 front end and doors. the car was taken out of storage (its been in there for 30 years) a few months back and is in need of a full restoration, and i also know a dude that built a replica, and gave us a ride to our HOUSE to get our camera so we could take pictures of it.

no, just to let you know this car isn't an rs, rs stands for rally sport, and really wasn't a performance package on its own back in the day, though all recieved a 327 cubic inch V8 (which is not bad by any standards), but rather an appearance package. on a rally sport camaro 1967-69 they would have the hidden headlights, which is really cool, i own a 67 rs, certainly not the most powerful camaro in the world, but its kewl. And as for power, it depends on the owner wants to give it.
