it ain't bad, i really like the bathroom and a person can always make closet space available and add cabinets .As the seller, if you want people to even think about buying it (smart people anyway) you have to at least put the philadelphia neighborhood it is in (ex: if it is in north philly put nicetown, fairhill, strawberry mansion, kensington, hunting park, etc.)

Wait, that's a two bedroom house with no closets. Where is this located at, North Philly? Gees! I wouldn't pay no more then $15.000 it's cheesy. Doesn't even have any cabnets in the kitchen and I wonder why he didn't show the basement?
