actually if u sample at the Nyquist rate ... there is still some aliasing..unless uhave an ideal filter.. so sampling should be done at >nyquist frequency.

Nyquist rate means that:

fs>=2w but if we want to get a minimum rate of sampling we say that

fs=2w
