does your imac have wifi? and whats firewire??

yes it has build in N wifi. Firewire is what the PC world knows as 1394. Its a fast way to transfer data. There is fireiwre 400 which is a about as fast a usb 2.0 and there is Firewire 800, which is screamin fast. Its a lot faster than USB

I have been using my 20" iMac for like 4 days not and simply love it I am glad I finally pulled the trigger and checked one out of the online cart. Best computer I have ever owned and I am a new mac user I have vista on a partion for bootcamp and a 500gb external with 2 partions one for both OS's and the other part for Time Machine on Leopard. I do not see my self using the Vista Part much but had the OS and office 2007 for a future build I decided to avoid. You will not regret buying a Mac.

honestly, if you get 2 GB of Ram on the 2 GHz it will be just as fast as the 2.4 Ghz. I guess if I were you I would get the 2 Ghz model just like I have. It is a well performing computer and I dont think you would notice much of a speed difference. so go with the 2 GHz.

Is it running great ,fast, or perhaps does it loads well such as application safari. Is there big diffrence between the 2.4ghz including 320gb.

yeah it runs real quick. I am sure the 2.4 Ghz may laod some things a bit faster, but its really the RAM that makes the machine quick. As for the hard drive, well I figure 250 is enough space, but that really is personal preference. you can always add more external space for storage.

Thanks for the review, i been looking for a new computer and reviews like this had made me consider the imac, my only concern now is about some casual gaming, I'd heard the imac's video card sucks for gaming, have you ever try to play games on this imac?

no not at all. I usually use my xbox for that, but if you're concerned. The video card is dedicated and you an upgrade them when you buy your Mac. One nifty thing, you can get parallels and run Windows and get games for windows. And from what I've heard they are pretty decent for gaming.

ok man how about this if you are going to get a computer that runs vista just tell people to get an Alienware you can never go wrong my Alienware will blow any and I mean any apple computer out of the water saying that it will actually blow any computer out of the water lol just letting you know I have nothing agents apple computer

well if you want to play games then yes, but I am not into that. Alienware are also extremely expensive. Plus who wants a computer taht runs vista? that is why most are reverting to XP.

I wouldn't say any apple, the macpro with 2 to 4 video cards, and 2 to 32gigs of ram would probably smoke any computer on the market :) But i'm sure it's a really good comp for gaming as well as the macpro.

I agree with that. It seems as if they release the same thing every few years with minor Changes. Vista is the First new look Windows has gotten since 95. lol. I do live in a Universe though where you need both Mac and Windows, but i do agree. The Mac is much better for everyday use!

yes. You can get some JBLs if they dont suffice. I think they work well and they are loud.
