Hey you should try to play this piece without vibrato!!! I don't think they used it very much in this time. So try to find a good sound without the vibrato (THAT's not easy!!!) ...

In the string instruments are a lot of tipe of vibratoes, and ( you cant learn it... you must feel it ... like playing the cello ) :) so yep for a man who doesn˝t feel the music or the vibrato yes yes is wery difficult but for one who feels it isn´t
Very emotional. Such a beautiful but sad song. You do it justice. Wonderful vibrato!
Cello has such a beautiful sound, Bach seemed to know how to use that beauty in the right way.

I still play at the novice level, so I'd say more than an hour a day to get very good, and then the more you practice the better, so PRACTICE!
