Lady Tremaine and Stromboli are not lame villains they are realistic humans. While they aren't as badass or magical as Maleficent or Jafar they are still menacing and make the characters lives miserable. Lady Tremaine was actually voted as the wickedest villain at one point becuase of her cruel treatment of Cinderella.
How is Yzma so lame? She's smart and comes up with great plans like Scar and Jafar. She even uses potions to turn herself into animals and various objects. Kronk should be on the lame list. Even though he's not a villain, he's a minion.
Why were Monstro and Clayton on the Lame list?! Monstro could would eat most villians for breakfast (literaly), and Clayton has a shotgun, enough said!
OK, Lady Tremaine is NOT lame. She is probably the most creepy disney villain becaue people like her actually exist

Yzma- Unless you take her seriously, then yes she sucks as a villain. Although, the movie was pretty much a comedy.
Stromboli- Despite his short time on camera, I thought he was a pretty good villain. He kidnapped a boy for money. Seems evil to me.
Honest John- He wasn't even a villain. He was like a minion.
Monstro- He wasn't even a minion. He was a whale...
