I think maybe it is because I am a 33 year old and prefere the more mature stuff. The stuff that carries more feel and professionalism in the production layout. I still think that the likes of Sarah Mcloughlan and Kirsty Hawkshaw are hard to beat when it comes to vocals although JEZ is fast becoming top of the list at the moment.

Tiesto hasn't done a version! (has he?) The original is the one without the pants singing smacked on top of it! Haunting? TYoung! It's about as haunting as a place that is not very haunting! The vocals just do not go!! Sounds like that Charlotte Church BS Darren Tate mustered up a while back! That was a mess too. DT is a brilliant producer and he has proved that but he has some seriousely badf ideas too and this is one of them.

I think the one on Nyana was Darren tates version. This one is a mash up of Jono Grant's Vocal Remix and Darren Tates original version. The vocals are taken from Jono's Vocal Mix and even that sounds cheesy but not as cheesy as this. Tiesto played the orginal Darren T version. Jono's Un-Vocalised version was the B side. The Vocal mix was White Labeled!

The one on Nyana is the original. It's part of my old Vinyl collection (CD's and Ableton have taken over now ! Ableton ROX!!) As I think I have mentioned at some point, The original vocal (not this version) was taken from Jono Grant's Vocal Remix which lives on white label unless released as disc 2 on Mondo? Smith and Pledger and FRANK T.R.A.X.X Did the remixes.

when i download music i always use an audio editer to cut out the intro its so long it always sounds way better with its starts with a voice maybe a little trance in the beggining :)

The intro is essential for 2 reasons. 1. It builds you up to the drop (which is in this case uplifting although i think the vocals spoil it) And 2. It builds the set if it is mixed in with other tracks and keeps the DJ in line with the fore track. I cant listen to a track half way or quarter way through unless it is in a mix, there is no point. A bit like reading a book half way through. It spoils it. I prefere the un-vocal mix as the vocals cheese it up too much.
