Oh thats a long time ago, but i think i used the Need For Speed Carbon Panel to create a pfofile with options you usually don't have and then i used the Save Game Creator to edit my new profile (money, unlock parts, cars etc.) Then you can choose the special cars and tune them a bit. But they can't be tuned like the other cars. You have much less options to tune these cars.
AM besten machst du dir mit Programm ein Savegame. Such dir ma n programm bei googl dafür. Oder du probierst nen ganz netten download. Such einfach NFSC savegame ;D
