I guess having them two wide in an impala and the fact that he gets writers cramp from tickets shows he hasn't been on the force very long.

Typical stupid mentality cops. Spectating a "Drag Race" not "Race" - if proven by The Government in a court of law - is a CIVIL Ticket; 3pts & standard fine. Damn Florida Cops think they can get away charging random people w/ Participation 316.191 - sometimes NOT the racers themselves. It's a 1st degree Misdemeanor. Anyone charged w/ this borderline Unconstitutional Law in Florida MUST hire a good attorney to fight the charge (either criminal or civil) all the way to Trial (or Hearing)!
